Local Account Manager
Help us develop relationships with our existing customers. This is a rewarding opportunity for creative individuals with extensive logistics, operations, and sales experience.
This job will develop, maintain and measure service level with our customer. In addition, you will be required to manage all aspects of Famous Line International relationship with the account to provide value added customer service.
A minimum of 3 years experience in international logistics is required, as well as strong PC skills, including word processing, presentation skills and spreadsheet programs. You must have a college degree, or equivalent work experience, plus operational experience that matches the service requirements osf the account. In addition, you must have the ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures, plus direct sales experience and/or proven interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels.
